I lead a virtual Business Process Improvement team (7 team members) responsible for providing simple process improvement solutions. My team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Knowledge Management repository for 750+ employees across Treasury Management within Wells Fargo.

Managing Merger Related Projects/Activities including planning technical design, determining training needs for various new systems, tools, processes, and communications for all merger related changes

Managed Wachovia/Wells Fargo merger activities related to consolidating processes for customer facing team members. Collected customer migration data and provided executive summaries to Senior Leaders. Onboarded go forward procedures into a new online document repository (Infosource). Developed Business Self-Assessment (BSA) program to ensure all business units within TMCS were audit-compliant. Distributed both targeted and broad communications to all Treasury Management employees for ongoing process changes.

Facilitation of Wachovia Direct Access (WDA) & Treasury led projects for all WDA lines of business, including Corporate,Specialty,Business Services, Business Relationship Banking, Service Relationship Banking, Online, and Wealth. Directly responsible for coordination of project teams, outlining and implementing complex process changes, and presenting data analysis and recommendations to various levels of Leadership within WDA. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Treasury products and Call Center related banking processes. Accountable for leading pilot efforts for upcoming technology upgrades and new systems. Perform updates to Infosource based on feedback received from business units. Develop and maintain various formal partnership agreements with lines of business outside of WDA, including Wachovia Wholesale and Treasury Services.
