Senior camp counselor responsible for 8 children, supervised overnight hikes, became boat certified. As LG, ran and created activities for a village of 40 children, was in charge of the whole village when the village coordinator was not there, and was responsible for taking 100+ pictures of each day at camp to upload for guardians.

As Junior Counselor, primarily responsible for safety, health, social cohesion, schedule adherence, and entertainment of a cabin of eight 11-year-old girls for 4 consecutive weeks, each starting at 7 am and ending as late as 11 pm. Cabin was one of 7 cabins recognized with the Community Award for the summer.Led a 2-day hike with other counselors in the Catskill wilderness of 40 girls. Made fires for warmth and food, protected kids from wildlife, and orchestrated activities for entertainment.

As Counselor-in-Training, participated in a month-long program in leadership training, team building, and service to camp including meal time management. Went on a 7-day leadership hike throughout the Catskills.
