Digital Media Specialist

The museum’s collection spans 5,000 years of art history, including important American, Ancient American, Asian and European fine and decorative art collections, and numbers more than 27,000 objects.Create, produce, edit, evaluate and track engaging digital and social media content that serves the museum's strategic institutional goals. Promote artist and curator interviews; coverage of museum events, lectures, and programs. Work with the curatorial and education teams in the creation and tracking of online and/or virtual exhibitions, as well as oral histories; podcasts; documenting curatorial research, exhibition and collection installation, and other behind-the-scenes storytelling; digital educational materials; and more. Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, management, maintenance and scheduling DAI’s website and social media campaigns and other digital media strategies, to support communications and marketing goals that reflect the museum’s mission, vision, brand guidelines and maintaining consistent voice and tone.
