Bush’s President’s Management Agenda (PMA) thereby securing GeoLearning’s position as the lead Learning Management System provider to civilian federal government, resulting in $2.5 million in revenue in 2002, $6 million in 2003, $10 million in 2004 and $16 million in 2005. In years preceding 2002, GeoLearning received $0 in revenue from the federal government.
