I developed IRT (SaaS software) requirements for 50+ pharmaceutical clinical trials based on clinical protocols in therapeutic areas including oncology, CNS, rare disease, and ophthalmology. I led requirements gathering for all team projects from kick-off to specification sign-off; including educating customers on out-of-the box software features, identifying gaps where software customization was required to meet trial needs, and advising on optimal implementation of customizations.
