With over a decade of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and strategic HR leader who partners with business leaders and employees to drive organizational performance and culture. Currently, I am a Human Resources Business Partner at TPx, a leading managed services provider, where I support the finance, product and network operations teams in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance. Previously, I was a Regional Human Resources Manager at Cintas, where I oversaw the HR functions for the First Aid and Safety Division in 10 locations across the Southeast. I also have experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Human Resources Generalist at NC Pediatric Dentistry and a Human Resources Administrator at KLS Martin. I have developed strong skills in employee relations, recruiting, coaching, and training, and I have a proven track record of building trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
