Over two decades of experience in home renovation, personally purchasing fixer-uppers and managing multiple renovation projects for clients. My renovation focus has transitioned to GREEN building and sustainable housing, with a tiny house niche as we look towards the future and conserving our resources.In 2023, I am taking that experience and pursuing a passion of mine: building net-zero small homes through my new venture, Green Luxe Pods. Green Luxe Pods specializes in eco-luxury, affordable compact homes that are LEED certified, net-zero ready, and equipped with smart technology. Our designs draw inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian homes and Sears Kit homes, catering to retirees, eco-conscious individuals, first-time homebuyers, and social organizations. Our mission is to revolutionize the housing market by providing high-quality, sustainable living solutions for middle-income families.Graduating from the Founder Institute, the world's largest pre-seed accelerator, has equipped me with the skills and network to drive Green Luxe Pods forward. This experience has not only enhanced my entrepreneurial skills but also increased the visibility and credibility of Green Luxe Pods.As a strong advocate for homeownership, I learned the importance of buying a home from my parents, who stressed this after college.
