I oversaw the coordination of 22 staff members over 40 different events for a summer camp of over 200 students. I was the reliable point of contact for staff and students regarding day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth transitions from one activity to the next. My duties included:• Event calendar coordination, event preparation, staff calendar coordination, staff hiring, first-aid administration, travel coordination for group outings, conflict resolution among staff and students, and rapid problem solving for any unforeseen setback in the camp events.
