I am an engaged researcher, combining my research and educational work with an advocate for PhD well-being in our department and being very involved in networking through my associations and connections. Find more information about me at www.mclutz.com I obtained my PhD at the Department of Psychology, Education and Child Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Developmental Psychology VU Amsterdam.From April to July 2022 I was a visiting graduate student at the National Institute of Mental Health, Section on Development and Affective Neuroscience, under the supervision of Daniel Pine, MD, in Bethesda USA. For more current work, see my job description below. On the side, I have a collaboration with Kim de Jong (Leiden University): working on a validation study of the assessment for signal clients questionnaire. In addition, I supervise bachelor and master thesis students.My background is in neuro-pedagogical sciences: I completed two specializations of the master Education and Child Studies at the University of Leiden.Also: a licensed swimming teacher.
