(psyintegrationcoach.com)My background story with Psychedelics as medicine started when I was at Ithaca College studying Psychology and Philosophy. I had several life changing visionary experiences from Psilocybin Mushrooms that significantly altered the course of my life, planting a seed of hope in me that led me down a path of overcoming my addictions and depression. These experiences breathed life into my Philosophical studies and created a deep passion in me to expand my knowledge. This was the beginning of my personal healing journey with plant medicines and psychedelics, spanning over ten years of exploratory work for my own healing and the healing of others.I have since transitioned to becoming certified as a NBC-HWC Health and Wellness coach, studying with a mindfulness-based program (Guiding Mindful Change). I have spent years practicing various types of yoga, becoming both an Anusara and Kundalini yoga instructor. The path of yoga has expanded my understanding of the mind-body connection with how these practices can transform us at a deeper level beyond what we can access with just our minds. Integrating these backgrounds, I launched PsyIntegration Coaching where I currently take clients who are working with visionary and transpersonal experiences.-My style for Psychedelic Integration Coaching uses all the tools and techniques of coaching, but applies them specifically to psychedelic experiences, integrating challenges, and then making physical life changes. I assist my clients to come to their own understanding and clarity. Letting them take the lead, “guiding” them through the process. Coaching works to guide clients by reflecting their thoughts back to them and supporting them to make life-changing action steps. This process is effective, clear, and to the point, with results in even just one session. I support clients to dive deeper, pulling apart the messages, and keeping the energy alive so that it can be harnessed into practical steps for change. Coaching can work to take complex, abstract experiences into physical action steps that create real change. I offer coaching to clients at any stage of the psychedelic experience--from preparation beforehand to processing years after an experience.
