Full-time.Slimstock is a specialist in inventory management. Slimstock offers companies a solution for structural optimization of their inventory. It helps companies to improve and optimize their Supply Chains by innovative and ongoing development of its solutions. It offers not only solutions for forecasting, demand planning and inventory management, but also for promotion management, life cycle management, stock allocation and order optimization.Slimstock uses the tool Slim4, which is a service level driven forecasting and inventory management system that uses various statistical methods and techniques to calculate for each article the optimal inventory level every day again in combination with a service level that can be choosen to reflect the customer satisfaction wish. The outcome could be purchase order requisitions which will be handed over to the ERP system.At Slimstock, I started as a Young Professional. In this role I had the chance to be coached by experienced colleagues during Slim4 implementations, receive and give training, walk along sales cycles and support these by creating analyses and setting up demo environments and to do several software development projects.Currently I am responsible for the functional development of our software tool Slim4. With the functional development team we create user stories and designs based on the wishes of our customers. We form the bridge between our internal organisation and the technical development team. We also make sure that, once wishes are integrated into our software, information is spread internally and to our customers on the latest developments, via 3-weekly and quarterly updates, release notes and help content, directly integrated in Slim4.Besides the functional development, I am also responsible for the 'Domain expertise' part of our internal global competence center and I’m active for a few of our large accounts.

After my study I started working as a personal assistant for my graduation professor who owned Spynk B.V.During my time as a personal assistant at Spynk B.V. I had a wide range of tasks to support my manager. These task ranged from booking hotels and arranging meetings to helping in analyzing and aligning data for his research.

Part-time, next to my study.Noteboom is a car dealer for the brands Mazda, Mitshibushi and Huyndai. Noteboom is selling both new cars as occasions. My main responsibilities at Noteboom were to help and guide customers and prospects electronically and by telephone, guide them through the showroom and refer them to the right person. Furthermore, my I needed to make sure that our clients were getting a beverage when they entered the showroom and felt comfortable right away.Next to my tasks of guiding and helping clients, I was also responsible for administrative activities such as checking licence plates, counting the cash registers of the workshop, invoice control and any other additional activities from other departments.

Coolmark is a wholesaler in the area of cold techniques, climate control and water systems. Coolmark has an office and warehouse in Barendrecht and a warehouse in Houten (distributing only air-conditioning equipment). For my master thesis I have done an internship at Coolmark in the location Barendrecht where I investigated the area of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). The title of my Master Thesis was "S&OP implementation: An analysis of the success factors needed for a successful implementation at Coolmark BV"​.I have investigated which factors are needed for a successful S&OP implementation and which factors were present or absent at Coolmark. Based on my data I have analyzed which factors Coolmark should improve and optimize to successfully implement S&OP and I have given Coolmark an improvement plan for the most optimal S&OP implementation.

Secure Logistics develops and supplies identity and access management systems that link information used for identification, optimising the security in the work environment and accelerating and simplifying (logistic) processes. By using biometrics Secure Logistics links unique information to the individual. This provides optimum certainty about the identity and the associated (security) information of the card user, eliminating identity fraud. Secure Logistics aims for standardisation within the port, logistics and industrial sectors in the Netherlands in order to increase efficiency. With more than 35,000 biometric verifications per day Secure Logistics is an experienced forerunner in the area of biometric identification. My main responsibilities at Secure Logistics were to help and guide customers and prospects electronically and by telephone, process questions and subscriptions by mail, process online XS-Keys and CargoCard applications, invoice tracking and execution and support of activities for other departments.

After Super de Boer went bankrupt, I started working for Jumbo (another supermarket chain) in the same function as I had at Super de boer.My main tasks as a head cashier were to make sure that the checkout department was running smoothly, working behind the service desk and checkout myself, counting the cash registers, making bank deposits, counting the cash in the safe and to make sure there was enough change in the cash registers during the day. Furthermore, I was responsible for the replenishment of the cosmetic products.
