Current•Lead with data-driven decisions to lead global employee programs at scale through stakeholder management, leading v-teams, and communication plan execution, actively measuring success to deliver business outcomes.•Drive change management & business rhythm for programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders and executive leadership. •Draft internal and executive communications to promote drive awareness to employee experience offerings. •Execute CE&S and MCAPS special projects such as MCAPS-wide networking tool, CE&S High Performance Managers HR project and CE&S regional landing pilot.•Program lead for global Regional Landing pilot to drive corporate strategy closer to our employees, bringing 6k+ together for in-person, intentional connections.
