As the platforms lead administrator, I coordinated cross-functional teams and external vendors to test and implement the new platform during its roll out. I provided training to corporate team members and field loss prevention managers, developed and implemented reporting and alerts for field teams and I continue to provide ongoing support to the organization as the single point of contact for the platform.
