Global Distribution Client and Partner Enablement (CAPE) aspires to provide customer-centric, holistic technology solutions for a broad range of users, including customers, agents/brokers and injured workers. Leading the technical vision defining our North Star Architecture including C4 diagramming, target vision with interim states with concise and clear artifacts guiding our delivery teams. Working collaboratively across roles and organizational boundaries including planning our Global Architecture Summit, GRS Architecture summits, establishing processes for visualizing technical debt and advocating for modernization strategies while balancing delivering new business capabilities.

I am the product manager of a team that helps other software development teams build and deploy cloud native applications. As a product manager, my responsibilities include balancing the priorities of customer feedback with business driven initiatives. Product management requires balancing UX, technical skills and business skills all while enabling my team to provide value as fast as possible.

I am currently working on administering the continuous delivery and integration tools that enable developers across the organization. My team practices agile development and we operate with a DevOps model. I regularly work with Maven and Spring Boot to develop applications that run on an implementation of CloudFoundry.

I work with the EMC Documentum suite of products providing Document Management solutions to the Enterprise. Currently I am working with the xCP platform.
