Responsibility - Relator - Developer - Deliberative - RestorativeI fell in love with Social Work in middle school and since then my passion for working with children has only increased and developed. I have always had an open-mind that is determined to meet people where they are and learn about them and with them. I believe that every person has dignity and worth, that the value of human relationships is essential, and that every person is competent and deserves to be treated with integrity. I have always found that working with an emphasis in the strengths perspective is best for me. I believe that each person has different strengths and those strengths will be the most essential tool in helping them move past any obstacle. Every strength means something different to each individual person and drawing out these strengths helps them to utilize them and feel confident in their abilities. I started my summary with my personal strengths from StrengthsFinder because I use my own strengths to work with others. I approach my various types of relationships trying to relate and empathize with others. I want to help them in the most efficient and deliberative way, while still remaining respectful and responsible.
