I am a Team Leader at Little Dog Social Media, a full-service social media agency based in Cumberland, MD. We help customers build a strong online presence through social media profile creation, audience building, 24/7 profile monitoring and monthly profile reviews. I work closely with customers to develop online content to build a greater online presence. My areas of expertise include social media management,social media posts, customer service, and managing customers. I earned an Associates Degree in Journalism from Potomac State College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism with a focus in Public Relations and Sports Communication from West Virginia University. While attending Potomac State College, I was a sports journalist and Co-Editor of the college newspaper. I was also a member of PRSSA while attending West Virginia University. Working in the Social Media and Internet Marketing industry, gives me great opportunity to work closely with the always changing technology. I enjoy helping local and non-local companies grow their businesses on social media and the viral world. It is rewarding helping those who know they need social media, but do not know how to execute and use it to its potential.
