I am currently enrolled in the Human Service Program at Gardner-Webb University, where I am working to obtain my Bachelor's Degree by 2022. I previously completed and received an Associate's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant at South College in Asheville, NC. Following that, I worked briefly at an Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic with adolescents who exhibited various behavioral and developmental conditions. My direction suddenly shifted to being an advocate for troubled teens, and that's when I decided to further my education and begin my Journey into the Human Service Profession. I am passionate and driven to work with, and be a voice for the adolescent community, to create change and more opportunities that promote successful outcomes for at-risk youth and juvenile offenders.
