About Miranda Wheeler

After 15+ years in project management and chief of staff roles in publicly traded and Private Equity backed service companies, I have observed many ways culture impacts the day to day. The environment that is created, either intentional or not, touches everyone - employees, their families, clients…I am no longer tolerant of mediocre experiences and want something better for myself and for others. As the co-owner of kept.pro, I am in a position to change that and build something better. I now focus on people and culture. I am an experience creator. I thoughtfully, and intentionally, consider the possible journeys a human can take when interacting with our organization. I reflect on how those journeys can support our mission and align with our core values. And then I design processes and create moments that balance how they feel with what they need to be successful.
