Identifies, advises and assists in the development and preparation of program-related grants, contracts and/or other fundraising proposals; institutes all grants awarded. Provide direct oversight and supervision of peer educators’ work across nine correctional facilities throughout New Mexico.

Sole instructor for an upper division, undergraduate course focusing on the curriculum development and delivery of content related to community-engaged leadership, social determinants of health, communication and teaching skills. The goal of the course was to help students develop leadership skills and community building to better serve students at a Title 1 school in the lowest income community of Albuquerque. Developed all curricula and materials for this session.
