About Miranda Yen

Miranda is a Lead Trainer and Senior Coach in both of M.A.D. Group’s public and corporate divisions. Miranda has over 27 years of training experience and has trained over 8,000 students in Taiwan , Hong Kong , Malaysia , Singapore , and China from various sectors and levels in personal effectiveness, leadership, and communication. Miranda has also coached managers and executives on effective coaching and performance. With a Taiwanese background and educational exposure to western culture, Miranda is fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, making her one of the most versatile multi-lingual trainers in M.A.D. Group. Miranda is the first M.A.D. Group trainer certified to conduct The Samurai Game® invented by Mr. George Leonard. She is a graduate of The Newfield Coach Training Program. She was certified as a Senior Professional Trainer (Corporate Coach) by the China Adult Education Association in 2017.She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Mary Washington in Virginia, USA . Before she joined the professional training & coaching industry in 1997, Miranda worked extensively in marketing and advertising, including such multi-national advertising agency as Leo Burnett.
