• Overall working experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical operations. Oversee all departments to ensure quality products, consistent supply and timeliness of delivery to customer base. • Develop new business and build on established relationships with existing accounts. Meet/visit accounts (nationally) to promote products. Emphasize product features based on analysis of customers’ needs.• Working experience with sales budgeting/forecasting and market research.• Working experience in sales, financial, quality and warehouse operations. Responsible for achieving daily/long-term goals with various departments in order to ensure quality service to customers. • Well versed in nutraceutical regulatory affairs/quality assurance. Knowledgeable/working experience with GMP, Code of Federal Regulations, USP-NF, FDA, DEA, etc.

• Manage the production, quality, and warehousing of product in a manner consistent with company/regulatory guidelines.• Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department. Manage all work according to packaging schedule and ensure the completion of all projects with required timeframe.• Monitor inventory for warehouse, prepare documents and maintain records of all physical transactions.• Coordinate with VP of Operations and Plant Head to evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes. Provide necessary training and counseling to employees as per company requirements.
