• Represents sales team in the organization's internal meetings and records minutes of meetings for the team• Sets up and confirms meetings in Outlook for the sales team with other departments• Reviews invoices and checks if pricing matches with customer proposals• Gathers billing information from customers through e-mails, phone calls, or texts to distribute to invoicing team• Assists with quote preparation, presentation preparation, and customer follow-ups• Prepares and organizes customer gas consumption spreadsheets and reports, and internal company reporting for sales• Organizes sales department’s computerized filing system through saving customer documents in separate folders, keeping quotes in folders based on year created, and archiving terminated proposals• Works closely with operations, logistics, and invoicing to ensure tickets are inputted in a timely manner• Generates pressure reduction system (PRS) units’ and compressor units’ gas flow rate, gas readings, and discharge pressure through Samsara for customer reporting• Sets up live viewing for customer of their PRS and compressor data on Samsara• Exports gas consumption volumes in an Excel format through Power BI reporting to satisfy customer needs• Corresponds electronically with accounting and operations to update gas composition analysis in Salesforce to ensure company credibility in selling products• Provides company-wide admin support for Salesforce which includes managing and training users, troubleshooting problems, performing tests of upcoming updates, and make admin-restricted changes as requested by accounting• Trains new sales personnel in quote preparation, electronic communication with different departments, and navigating other company systems such as Samsara and Power BI, • Pioneers the customer year-end Power BI report which summarizes customer's yearly data and is linked to project details from Salesforce and gas volumes from Samsara
