As a WPS Customer relation associate at LuLu International Exchange, I contributed to the smooth and efficient operations of the Wage Protection System (WPS), a service that ensures timely and accurate payment of wages to workers in the UAE. I processed transactions, handled customer inquiries, and maintained records, using my strong communication skills in Arabic, English, and Hindi.I have more than six years of experience in the fields of human resources and public relations, working for various organizations in the UAE. I started my career as a Human Resources Assistant and Messenger at GDRFA, where I supported for the paperworks , keep tracking the files and Excels and administration of staff. I then moved to HKAL Group of Companies as a Public Relations Officer, where I managed the company's image and reputation, Handle all the company's legal issues and govenmemt related works and keep updated about the trade license, municipality works and take care off the employees visa works also with media and stakeholders, and coordinated events and campaigns. I also hold a driving license for more than eight years, which enables me to travel and network across different locations.I am passionate about learning and developing new skills, especially in the areas of business, management, and marketing. I obtained my Bachelor of Commerce degree from London American City College, where I studied various topics related to these fields. I also participated in several extracurricular activities and projects that enhanced my leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that will help me grow as a professional and as a person.
