• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem • Workshop Management on daily basis, establishing inventory control & providing customer support• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email until they’ve solved a technical issue • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers). • Maintaining a strong working relationships with customers. • Demonstrating the service feature to clients & convincing them about the technical issues. • Overseeing the sourcing, purchase & procurement of spare parts. • Working in BMW Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle & provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions • Diagnosis and troubleshooting BMW cars according to customer complaints.• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting • Acting as Workshop in-change & prepare accurate and timely reports • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
