Associate It Specialist
Current- Technical assistance and support to end-users, such as troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and addressing user inquiries or requests.
- System administration tasks, such as user account management, access control, and system configuration. (Jamf, DRA, AD)
- Documenting technical procedures, creating user guides, and maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets, reports on system performance or user support metrics.
- Collaborate with other IT team members, sharing knowledge, and working together to resolve complex technical issues.
- Training and guidance to users on IT systems, software applications, and best practices for data security and privacy.
- Managing and administering servers, ensuring timely patching and optimal performance.
