My main responsabilities as a distribution channel coordinator includes:-Assist Revenue Manager with pricing strategies and inventory restrictions-Maintain distribution channel data integrity-Independently implement appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy; maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments in the GDS/IDS(internet distribution services)/Channel manager in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.-Load all preferred and promotional rates in GDS and channel manager-Ensure that all revenue management related systems are maintained including Fidelio, Electronic channels, GDS,extranets-Analyze and determine whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels-Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports along with recommandations to improve performance-Ensure that all rooms statistics reports, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent-Attend weekly sales meeting to maintain communication of strategies-Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends-Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations department as a team-Training of the new hires of the revenue manangement team-Monitor hotel online reputation by responding at online reviews on TripAdvisor with the approval of the General Manager

126 keys-greeting the guests-check in and out the guest-making reservations via phone , e-mail or throught websites -preparing offers and packages -night auditor-checking financial accounts -dealing with customers complaints or requests in a proffesional way-training and orientation for new staff

-Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.-Clean bars, work areas, and tables-Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment-Take beverage orders-Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.-Order or requisition liquors and supplies
