8x8 is one of the product software companies specialized in cloud communications, being present both in the unified communications (UC) and contact center communication (CC) domains, offering quality and appreciated business solutions to worldwide customers.Responsibilities:- Writing test cases and updating the existing ones using TestRails and XRay tools;- Manual testing (functional and non-functional) of various features, improvements or fixes on desktop or web applications, on Windows (.exe / .msi) and macOS (.dmg / .arm64-dmg) specific files;- Writing automated tests for all 8x8 UC products using SELENIUM framework and JAVA language in the main automated testing project of the team;- Performing constant review of existing automated tests fixing eventually flaky flows, updating locators or valid results, and to report discovered bugs;- Performing exploratory testing on the new implemented features and improvements in the 8x8 UC products;- Reporting various bugs discovered in the 8x8 UC products, as well as suggesting new improvements for Product Management, using JIRA tool;- Writing technical documentation on the test team's own website, related to testing procedures, use of certain testing tools or specific testing terminology;- Validating the releases in production for back-end services or the front-end versions of the 8x8 UC products;- Adding new improvements and fixing bugs of the BASH / SHELL scripts or JENKINS jobs used by QA team for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI / CD);- Configuring and testing the physical devices used together with 8x8 UC products like Deskphones (assigned to our test accounts) or Headsets with Call control feature implemented.

Its website contains a blog with extremely varied and useful articles for beginners and enthusiasts, and its YouTube channel is followed by over 20.000 people.Responsibilities:- Research on various technology and IT topics, such as testing tools, concepts and useful things for IT beginners;- Drafting and writing articles on various topics, from software testing (e.g. Pyramid of levels in testing), mini tutorials on testing tools (e.g. Cypress), presenting solutions for those working in IT (e.g. SOLO platform) or the relationship between IT and other domains (e.g. Ethics);- Basic SEO optimization of articles and publishing them on the blog site and LinkedIn;- Until now I have contributed to more than 80 articles on a wide range of IT topics.

- Different stages of archaeological excavations during my university studies, employed by Museum as seasonal full-time employee, in the periods July - September 2019, July - August 2021 and July - August 2022;- These stages learned me to be a team-work player, to adapt for different tasks in this field, and to be organised in my execution tasks.
