Developed E2E customized solutions for enterprise customers in call recording area. Projects included full development cycle, starting from gathering and analyzing customer requirementstill integration into customer environment.Created multi-threaded back-end application for manipulating data in Centera (EMC) and Tivoli (IBM) storage. It was consumed by NICE call system solution for migration call data from old storages.Developed an extension for Avaya phone driver in order to extract additional call data.Designed and implemented NICE Call Importer for importing call data from 3rd systems;solution was based on WCF services with intensive database work for supporting high scale performance;tool managed import of about 12 million calls (approx. 60 TB) per customer in less than month; solution was successfully deployed at three international banks.Developed UI tools (winforms) for editing application configuration.
