My first employer Schitag Ernst & Young taught me professional consulting. Then at E.ON, or rather during the merger of VEBA and VIAG to form E.ON, I learned how to bring together large corporations and their cultures and thereby create something new with its own vision. And then I developed from business developer to CEO within the RWE Group, where I was ultimately responsible for the Czech business of RWE Systems.FROM SELF-EMPLOYED TO SERIAL ENTREPRENEURAt 31, I became self-employed with Perpetuo. Of course, the first few years included not only successes but also the odd "slap in the face" #financial crisis. But I fought my way through and so my first company Perpetuo is still active and meanwhile a great, independent organism, which I can give impulses to as chairman of the advisory board.Since becoming self-employed, I have:... bought companies.... acted as a business angel.... pulled a company out of the mud and turned it into a successful player with a turnover in the triple-digit millions.... learned about "ups" and "downs", f. e. one insolvency which also formed and trained me... founded and supported several start-ups.... built up deep friendships in business.... learned new industries internationally (logistics, wholesale, finance, craft/bakery, etc.).... opened my own CoWorking Space #nobuzzwordsspace...
