The main responsibilities -Define the most suitable commercial strategy and policies for the various reference markets (USA, EU, China, Japan, England) and for consolidated key customers.- Conduct negotiations to define or renew offers, establish prices, promotions and discounts, analyse product positioning, performance and objectives in terms of volume, turnover and margins.-Manage the relationship with brands referents, designer studio, product developers, agents, manufactory manager, for development and proposals of new products, processing of contracts, documents, licenses, audits, tests and planning to start initial production.-Travel abroad, monitoring competitors, mapping the areas of competence and personal network, identify the most effective interlocutors for new potential customers and consolidating existing relationships.- Interfacing with the internal commercial structure of 24 people who will take care of the orders management and their fulfilment, the back office for claims and post sales service, technical and production departments.-Organise our brand participation to international fairs and attending dedicated promotional events and meetings.
