About Mirco Stefanoni

I have always been fond of numbers and the way they affect people’s life.This passion made me develop the willingness of exploiting data to find the best performing strategies to send the right client the right message in the right moment. CRM, in a nutshell.I have matured the interest in marketing and CRM during my academic career. After having accomplished a Bachelor degree in “Economics and Management” in Trento, I completed my master studies in “Trade Marketing and Commercial Strategies” in Parma.Thanks to my working experience at Amilon, I could improve my skills in an innovative and dynamic environment, initially as a CRM specialist and analyst and then as Project Account.With this background, I have been able to face a challenging oppurtunity in Cisalfa, where I am working to develop and manage a marketing automation platform and create a new loyalty program.I consider myself a determined, curious and resourceful person. I am a good teammate, always keen on facing new challenges.And finally, yet importantly, I am a mixology enthusiastic!
