These applications installed on dedicated server.- Call Center Applications like IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Mitel 6110 Contact Centre Management package (application for monitoring, supervision and reporting of ACD agents), Mitel 6160 Intelligent Queue (an all-in-one, scalable, browser-based recorded announcement solution for contact centers).
