“Tapé Avirú-Camino de los Guaraníes”, transnational cultural tourist itinerary (Northeastern Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil). The project was the cross-border cooperation between Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil, the root of a possible implementation of a Latin American cultural itinerary, following studies by the International Committee of Cultural Routes, ICOMOS. The research was based in the National Cultural Policy and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture of Buenos Aires.
