About Mirek Nørkjær

Copenhagen Concepts is the mother company of one of Denmark's leading steak restaurants - including two French style bistros in Germany. Units primarily located in Copenhagen Area - 2 outside and 4 units in Germany and one in United Kingdom. I am responsible for the overall operation, KPI and P&L reporting to local management, management and development and maintain the high level of performance in our 12 units.
