I'm leading Internet Booking Engine development. Which means I'm:- holding weekly status meeting with team leaders- holding weekly retrospectives with the teams- having 1:1s with the team members- managing hiring activities (like team's microsite) and dealing with hr agencies- prioritising tasks with the product owners and with the sales- inspiring the team to learn and adopt new technologies and methodologies- helping to analyze and start new developments- consulting change requests- doing code reviews- and in some more ways generally annoying :)I've- increased the team size from 5 to about 30 members- helped to establish a division of team into smaller groups- helped to incorporate a cooperation with external development teams- participated in starting several new products (Trawys, Commission manager, CBT API)Beside this I'm- writing change requests- designing APIs and databases- improving tests framework- consulting infrastructure changes- programming backoffice- promoting AI usageI'm using- PHP, JS, SQL, Python- Codeception, PHPUnit- Gitlab, git, vim- AWS, Docker, Bash, Linux- OpenAI API

I've also taken part in company's strategic planning. I was part of the board of the company.

I've taken the leading role in software development. So I made also others to analyze change requirements and estimates. And I also needed to discuss the requirements and the estimates (aka the price) with customers. I've started to do the hiring interviews too.

I was programming billing tools, hotel booking system and payment gateways in PHP, Javascript and CSS. I was also analyzing the change requirements and making estimates.

I founded and lead Internet movie review magazine named Kinofil. I organized the team and made them to review every czech movie-premiere and write bunch of articles related to them. Several members of the team became later full-time writters for then well-known czech paper movie-magazines (Cinema, Premiere, Totalfilm).
