I have many years of managerial and supervisory experience. I am the originator and co-founder of companies in the IT industry, recruitment and temporary work agencies that operate on the market and continue to grow. Interdisciplinarity and the multitude of business branches allowed me to develop organizational and managerial skills, and equipped me with tools and skills allowing for a fuller exploration of the business world and achieving real success in many fields.I specialize mainly in business processes management, broadly understood sales and marketing, building reliable, long-term relationships with clients, communication in the organization, and business efficiency.Currently, my attention is also involved in consulting and advisory projects, market research and sales, as well as in financing interesting, inspiring initiatives with great development potential.In life - both private and professional - I give importance to the invariability of values that are for me the axis of life and cooperation. Loyalty, honesty, responsibility and respect for man, work, action and money are solidly and constantly valuable to me.In business I operate intuitively, but professionally, sensibly and prudently, but with a dose of spontaneity. My source of inspiration and energy for action is to create and develop innovative, inventive and interesting business ventures. I intend to pursue this goal by working with creative, courageous people, curious of themselves and the world, for whom all limitations serve to get to know and develop themselves more and make the possible out of the impossible.In my spare time, I am learning the world, people, and recently animals. The longer I get to know the world, the greater my curiosity is, and the more I experience, the more knowledge I desire. Every day I learn mindfulness, I enjoy what is ordinary and small. I draw from contacts with others and this is the inspiration for my business plans and ideas.
