•• Coordinate the Sales Order Processing Department (6 persons) in order to ensure the smooth activity of the order processing flow and coordinate permanently with the Logistics Department to optimise deliveries• Develop and manage the Supply Chain from Production to Customer in order to fulfil the needs of the Market. • Work closely together with Sales Managers to forecast sales and plan and order the right products from the factories at the right time• Plan warehouse stock level and optimise stock availability, to avoid shortages, slow-movers and non-movers• Permanently monitor the KPIs for Demand Flow in order to ensure that the targets are met (Inventory target, slow movers, sales forecast accuracy)• Monitor the returns flows (approving responsibility), in order to detect failures along the chain and find corrective solutions• Monitor financial out standings and maintain close contact with credit control to ensure that deliveries are being made according to the credit policy• Continuous liaison with customers• Overall responsibility for data flow coming from electronic ordering systems• Ensure transparent and timely information for the supply chain, regarding sales forecasts, customer orders and campaigns• Responsibility that phase-in phase-out activities within supply flow are aligned with phase-in phase-out process of the company

• Planning customer’s orders to external Electrolux plants and other external suppliers• Weekly planning and forecasting sales on local market • Planning and tracing direct deliveries to main Key Accounts• Strict inventory control to avoid out of stock during the peak time• Analysing and forecasting in order to optimize stocks• Close collaboration with companies in the group in order to get accurate status of the sales and goods stock • Weekly and monthly reporting to Logistics & General Manager • Analyse sales and related data, generate reports to assist the Marketing team members in making informed decisions
