Coordinating the implementation specific activities for the new designated clients:- Support provided in implementing the client specific into the company internal software;- Organizing and conducting the kick-off meetings;- Deliver implementation welcome packages;- Elaborating the project plan for the new implementation projects;- Determining the payroll characteristics of each client and finding the best solution for an efficient implementation;- Determining the roles of project team members based on project requirements and timelines;- Ensuring compliance with the company policy and local laws;- Establishing and maintaining the schedule for all the phases of the project;- Maintaining a good cooperation within the implementation team and the clients;- Tracking and managing the risks, actions, issues and decisions for the entire implementation projects;- Ensuring the project deadlines are met;- Internal reporting for all the implementation projects;- Identifying new procedures for improving the implementation process, based on the client specifics;- Working with the client to sign-off the project and document all of the client specific needs and processes ensuring validation and confirmation on the project implementation;- Filling in the acceptance documentation;- Milestones and deliverables tracking in order to ensure successful transitions to the operational team;- Performing other duties as needed

- Payroll and HR services for more clients within the company portfolio;- Maintaining the relation with the foreign clients (Poland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Slovakia) regarding the Romanian payroll; - Preparing and processing paperwork for new employees and entering employee information into the payroll system. -Collecting and centralizing all information supporting the payroll (timesheets, leave, rest, changes in salaries, bonuses etc.);- Payroll calculation, checking and generating all the payroll reports. -Supporting the foreign clients on the Romanian payroll legislation;-Attending to payroll specific queries;-Resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines;-Making payroll, preparation of payroll and the centralizers of taxes and dues;-Preparing statements for fiscal obligations to state institutions;-Preparation of various reports required by the client or by the law;-Receiving approval from clients for payments when needed;-Preparing and executing payment orders through an electronic system or distributing paychecks;-Maintaining the confidentiality of the processed information;
