- Research and monitor current handmade fashion and trends;- Production of engaging photos and descriptions;- Basic accounting, shipping, inventory, supply chain management;- Set pricing structures according to market analytics and emerging trends;- Manage Social Media accounts;- Made sure that the customer is always happy with their product;

- Prompt email response to customers- Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution - Develop customer service solutions

- Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.- Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leaflets.- Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.- Answering email and calls;- Being in charge of Social Media accounts, Booking.com and the websites for deals.
