Amongst the largest Trading Co. in Latin America. · Reporting to the Executive VP/shareholder; team of 6 professionals (5 lawyers).· Integrated leadership of Legal, Compliance and Tax Consulting areas.In LEGAL: · Acting in litigation and consultancy, comprising: corporate, contractual, labor, international, environmental, consumer, regulatory, tax and corporate criminals.· Coordinating the in-house team; defining priorities and deliverables..· Managing the strategic litigation portfolio; contingencies, risks and provisions.· Selecting and monitoring specialized law firms, in Brazil and abroad.· Interfacing with government, customs, regulatory agencies, ministries and the IRS.· Developing and formalizing adequate legal structures for the Company’s operations.· Supporting the Commercial areas in the evaluation of guarantees offered by clients..· Interacting with peers and senior management, providing legal technical advice and strategic recommendation; drafting corporate documents and contracts.In COMPLIANCE: · Structuring policies, procedures and guidelines aimed at compliance with local and international legislation, as well as sector-specific legislation.· Mapping risks with direct impact on the operation, business continuity and reputation of the company;· Developing and implementing KYC and Money Laundering Prevention processes.· Unfolding the company's Compliance practices among its customers and service providers.In TAX CONSULTING:· Advising clients/prospects on tax efficiency projects in their import operations.· Conducting feasibility studies considering the group's logistics platform; preparing documents for joining special regimes, tax recovery and incentive laws.

· Reporting to the Legal Director; member of the international team, supporting both Banco Safra and Banco J. Safra.· Legal advice on international operations of Wholesale Bank customers, as well as transactions between subsidiaries abroad.· Analysis of local and international legal issues; structuring of legal instruments to make operations feasible.· Scope of transactions: Loans, financing and guarantees in import and export operations (ACC/ACE; Export prepayment; Standby Letter of Credit/Letter of Guarantee; Import financing).

· Member of the legal advisory team to the Wholesale Bank in the international operations of its clients (Large Corporate segment).· Reporting to the International Area Legal Manager.· Escopo de transações: Syndicated Operations – Loans, financing and syndicated guarantees; purchase and sale of participation in syndicated loan agreements (participation agreements); ACC/ACE; Export prepayment; International Guarantees (Standby Letter of Credit/Letter of Guarantee); Import Financing.· Interaction with banks abroad (USA, Caribbean and Europe); conducting negotiations and structuring of international operations contracts.

· Legal advice to international clients (from the USA, Latin America and Europe) in their M&As, JVs and Bid/Privatization transactions in the Brazilian market.· Interaction with C-level customers; understanding of the scope of purchase/sale operations, objectives and strategies.· Conducting legal feasibility studies and due diligence audits in the following areas: labor, corporate, tax, environmental, litigation, contractual, trademarks and patents, as well as, consumer.· Elaboration of contracts, term sheets, MoUs, shareholder agreements, governance model; corporate structuring and contractual instruments.· Participation in more than 30 M&As, JVs, and privatizations.
