Human Resources Specialist
Current- Addressing employee inquiries and requests regarding HR matters.
- Supporting the hiring process for new employees as well as the offboarding and termination procedures (validating documentation and preparing exit paperwork).
- Keeping data updated in the HCM system (including data entry and document uploads).
- Generating reports related to attendance, vacation, financial contributions, bonuses, and deductions.
- Drafting communication for employees, including informative notes and work instructions.
- Preparing and sending documents to external vendors, such as payroll and benefits providers.
