Human Resources Specialist
Current• Addressing employee inquiries and requests regarding HR matters.• Supporting the hiring process for new employees as well as the offboarding and termination procedures (validating documentation and preparing exit paperwork).• Keeping data updated in the HCM system (including data entry and document uploads).• Generating reports related to attendance, vacation, financial contributions, bonuses, and deductions.• Drafting communication for employees, including informative notes and work instructions.•Preparing and sending documents to external vendors, such as payroll and benefits providers.• Collaborating with managers and other departments to ensure HR functions are in line with the company’s strategic objectives.•Engaging in HR initiatives focused on development management, salary structures, benefits, and adjustments to internal processes.
