• At the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) in Geneva, my roles consisted in high-level advocacy on migration related topics. I helped channel the private sector’s voice in various regional and global migration conferences and forums, such as the Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD). It was fascinating to participate in the UN discussions on the nexus of migration, development and climate change.• During the previous 15 years of my career, I worked as a corporate immigration professional and together with many great colleagues and my team, I provided a large array of services to Swiss and international clients.• Having grown up and worked internationally, I have developed a deep understanding of multicultural dynamics and am fluent in French, English, German and Romanian with good conversational skills in Italian / Hungarian, and a good understanding of Spanish.• I am particularly concerned with the well-being of our planet and I am therefore very interested in activities and projects around sustainable development and climate change.
