Observed and recorded coaching session…• A strength of my program is that I work on PCC MARKERS. In our group mentoring sessions, coaches practice being coach and mentor. So, you coach, observe, grow, learn… It’s all very practical, challenging and interactive! I also facilitate participants to exchange 30 minutes sessions that they usually record. SCHEDULE MENTORING 10+3 takes place on a period between 3 to 5 months, allowing like this reflection and practice and deep understanding of the 8 ICF Competencies. • Session 1 – 1.5h : The ICF Code of Ethics, the 8 ICF core competencies, with examples of the main actions and behaviours to highlight during a session. • Session 2 – 3.5h : Training sessions with self-reflection, self-assessment, feedback provided by me with particular reference to the "PCC - ICF markers" and other students. • Session 3 – 2h : Core Competencies and alignment with PCC markers• Session 4 – 1,5h : One to one mentoring Show less
