I have journeyed to and from various professional interests. As a student at Loyola University Chicago, I majored in Theater and Communication Studies. While I spent much of my time working with my fellow theater students I applied what I learned there to my Communication studies bringing a unique edge to my work within the department. A collage of volunteer and paid work bedeck my resume and has contributed to my vast abilities in and out of the office.Working for a nursing homes, I greeted guests, took care of deliveries and pickups as well as kept the décor of the establishment in correlation with current seasons and holidays. As an assistant in a law office I developed skills in managing and screening phone calls, organization, and professional writing. As a personal assistant I learned about time management, the importance of organization, and catering to various needs at all times of the day. As an administrative assistant, I learned about working in an office with large teams and the importance of multitasking, leadership, collaboration while simultaneously maintaining professional relationships. At Nalbach Engineering, I learned to navigate new and complex computer systems geared toward industry specific organization. I started the company's first HR department. I was hired by Vandalay Imports to do customer service and product development for their online sales and eventually HR for an insurance company with the same owner. I moved on to develop a corporate HR department and held the title of Director of Human Resources for a 14 facility LTC company. I moved on to manage the HR department of a company that started at 30 SNFs and grew to 50 during my tenure. Currently employed as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Infinite Care Consulting. I am equipped to manage a high intensity position in numerous fields. I have superlative writing abilities, I am well versed in social media platforms and can communicate efficiently no matter the outlet. I am friendly, considerate and flexible making me an easy person to work and get along with.
