I’m known for leading purposeful literacy initiatives and impactful teacher mentor programs. I am especially skilled at creating innovative lesson plans and using technology in the classroom.Throughout my career, I have gained knowledge about the qualities needed for a successful and high-impact early childhood education curriculum and reading programs. I have found that it needs to have a balance of play and structured activities, be based on the student’s developmental needs, and should have specific student learning outcomes. I also believe that it is important to have some fun and celebrate all of the successes along the way.
