- Making cash deposits and withdrawals- Exchanging Currencies- Responsible for the external transfers between banks in Egypt- Responsible for external transfers between Egypt & other countries- conducting internal transfers between the bank's accounts- Deducting House cheques- Adding Clearing Cheques on system- Settling the accounts' fees ( stamps, external SV and bank statements) and credit card payments- Covering clearing cheques to be deducted- Providing ACH and Swifts to clients after their completion- Adding the clients' tax payments on E finance system- Delivering debit and credit cards to clients - Providing bank statements to clients- Creating the bank's draft cheques and delivering it to the clients- Providing letter of guarantee to clients- obtaining the clients' satisfaction
