I moved to Austin recently and I absolutely love it! I moved here without a job but with a total belief that this is where I belong. Two things about me: I am passionate about learning and I love sharing information! My skills, developed during an extensive career involving identifying training solutions, include customer interaction, needs assessments, training development, and project management. I enjoy helping customers identify where knowledge gaps exist and what training solutions would best fill those gaps, including following through with the development and implementation of identified solutions.I have excellent interpersonal skills, working well with everyone from subject matter experts to end users to all layers of management. Additionally, I work well as part of a diverse team to ensure that all phases of a project come together on schedule and within budget.With an understanding of adult learning theory, as well as a demonstrated ability to see what needs to be done and be proactive in doing it, I believe I would be a great contributor to any team!
