I have relevant experience in IT positions not only in private companies but also in public administrations. I am Technical Engineering of Management Computer Science , specialized in Information Systems. Furthermore, I was doing my Final Thesis in Berlin as an Erasmus student.Some years ago, I decided to undertake postgraduate course to expand my competencies inInformation Systems based on IT Consulting Integration in the Organizations.As a result of my new interests, I focus my professional career on IT Consulting area,based on IT service management and adopting ITIL and PRINCE 2 methodologies. I obtained some certifications in this sector: Information Security Foundation based on 27002, Service Management Foundation Bridge based on 20000,ITIL®v3 Foundation in IT Service management, ITIL®Intermediate Release, Control and Validation (RCV) and ITIL® Intermediate Operational Support and Analysis (OSA),ITIL®v4 Foundation in IT Service management and PRINCE 2.I consider myself a responsible person, well-organised, ability to work co-operatively with others,enthusiastic, active, effective communication skills ,capable of analyzing and solving problems , responsible for all the tasks assigned , attention to detail and accuracy, interest to the continuous training,ability for learning foreign languages and computer literate.
