Sales Operations Manager
CurrentResponsible for sales operational support and driving business operational excellence across the Commercial & Enterprise team, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Management teams to align day-to-day tasks and support key business activities.Drive process optimisation by developing, managing, and optimising Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) across departments, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and regular updates in SharePoint.Provide critical reporting and data analysis, including weekly and monthly checks of opportunities in Salesforce and Xero, ensuring accuracy in information, proper invoice creation, and supporting sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.Facilitate seamless communication between teams, ensuring smooth hand-offs and collaboration, and driving operational improvements in sales, pre-sales, and post-sales processes.Develop Salesforce admin skills, configuring and customising workflows, automations, and custom fields to enhance team productivity, and managing the operational integration of third-party systems (Salesforce, Xero, HubSpot).Proactively monitor the sales pipeline and forecasting, ensuring accuracy in projections and reporting to leadership.Assist in the creation and monitoring of renewals, ensuring they are accurately set up in Salesforce and completed within the required timeframe.Play a key role in driving sales revenue growth through effective lead management and post-sales support, supporting the Sales Director with auto-lead assignments, monitoring inbound leads, and ensuring CRM compliance.Implement process improvements that contribute to increased sales team productivity and customer satisfaction, while enhancing business reporting accuracy by refining dashboard metrics for better performance tracking.
