Country Manager
Current(CDP is an international, not-for-profit organization providing the only global system for companies and cities to measure, disclose, manage and share vital environmental information. Sabancı University is the partner organization of CDP in Turkey since 2010.)• Project management: Managing CDP Programs in Turkey: Climate Change, Water Security, Forest, Supply Chain and Cities Programs. Supporting CDP’s other programs, campaigns and initiatives. Managing relations with CDP Center (London) and CDP Global offices.• Corporate Communication and investor relations: Managing relations with international investors and private sector (especially BIST-100 companies). Working in coordination with non-government institutions and policy makers.• Stakeholder management: Managing relations with private sector, C-level executives, government officials, policy makers, NGOs, media institutions, academic institutions and with other stakeholders to ensure delivery against KPIs and drive new business. Managing relations with partners and sponsors.• Corporate sustainability and climate reporting /disclosure: Supporting companies to disclose their GHG emissions and climate change strategies and supporting them to create sustainability and governance strategies in accordance with ESG criteria. OTHER RELATED PROJECTS: 1. Project Manager in EXPANDING CDP to CARBON INTENSE SECTORS Project– with the support of British Embassy – Prosperity Fund (Sep 2011 – Apr 2012).2. Project Manager in SUSTAINABILITY INDEX IN TURKEY Project– together with Borsa Istanbul - with the support of British Embassy – Prosperity Fund and partnership with United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative (July 2013-July 2014).3. Project Manager in CDP RUSSIA project – with the support of Coca Cola Foundation and partnership with CDP (A pilot project to expand CDP operations to Eurasia and Africa region) (January 2014 –January 2015).
